Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized and reputed institute.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and township/residential project execution.

Role Overview:

Nanak Group is looking for a highly responsible and execution-focused Civil Engineer to manage and execute township development work. The candidate must have strong on-site experience and the ability to independently handle project execution from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution and supervision of complete township development

Handling civil construction activities at site

Management and coordination of MEP works

Supervision of clubhouse construction

Execution and monitoring of swimming pool construction

Coordination with contractors, vendors, and consultants

Ensuring quality standards and timely project completion

Site planning, material management, and reporting

Maintaining proper documentation and progress reports

Ensuring safety and compliance at project site

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of civil construction & site execution

Experience in township/real estate projects preferred

Ability to manage contractors and site workforce

Knowledge of drawings, planning & estimation

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Result-oriented and disciplined approach

Location:

Seoni, Madhya Pradesh.

Salary: 30k to 35k
