Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator / Billing Executive who has hands-on experience in Tally software. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, invoice generation, billing processes, and maintaining financial records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate invoices, bills, and e-way bills using Tally ERP

Perform daily data entry of sales, purchase, and stock transactions

Maintain and update records of invoices, payments, and ledgers

Verify data accuracy and ensure proper documentation

Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order billing

Handle GST-related billing and basic compliance entries

Maintain proper filing (digital & physical) of all billing documents

Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports

Resolve discrepancies in billing or data entries
