Job responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers for debt recovery
Required DRA Certification
Provide information about banking products and services
Maintain a record of calls

Desired candidate profile

Can speak Marathi & English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good listening skills and empathy
Well versed with MS Office suite
Ability to work in a team and independently as well
Immediate joiner
Working Hours : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
