Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive – Hiring & Training
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Incentive: Performance Based Incentive up to 7%
Job OverviewWe are looking for a professional and result-oriented HR Executive – Hiring & Training who can manage the complete recruitment cycle, candidate onboarding, training, and team coordination. The ideal candidate must have strong recruitment experience, communication skills, and leadership ability to manage high-volume hiring and ensure smooth onboarding of candidates along with proper work setup completion.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the complete hiring process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Use personal hiring sources, job portals, social media, and recruitment networks to find suitable candidates.
- Identify and recruit serious and committed candidates who are ready to complete the required work setup process.
- Maintain professional communication with applicants throughout the hiring cycle.
- Candidate Onboarding & TrainingGuide selected candidates through the joining and onboarding process.
- Provide basic training and orientation regarding company workflow, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Ensure candidates understand the complete work process and operational guidelines.
- Follow-up & CoordinationMaintain regular follow-ups with candidates during hiring and onboarding stages.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and work setup completion.
- Maintain proper records of applications, interviews, and hiring progress.
- Team Management & Performance MonitoringSupport and guide newly joined team members.
- Monitor team performance and ensure discipline, productivity, and proper workflow.
- Maintain professional work culture and effective communication within the team.
- Training & Hiring TargetThe selected HR Executive will undergo a 15-day training period to understand the recruitment process, company workflow, and operational guidelines.
- During the hiring phase, the company will provide approximately 300 candidate leads for the recruitment process.
- From these leads, the HR Executive will be responsible for completing a minimum of 35 successful hirings within 10 days.
- The HR Executive is also encouraged to use their own recruitment sources and networks to achieve the hiring target.
- Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment, Hiring, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication, convincing, and candidate handling skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring and follow-up processes.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Professional approach with a results-driven mindset.
