Job Description:

Anmol Accounts & Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to support daily HR operations. The candidate will assist with recruitment, employee documentation, and HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and joining formalities of new employees
• Handle attendance records and coordinate with payroll
• Assist employees with HR-related queries
• Maintain HR databases and prepare basic reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresher to 1 year of experience in HR/Admin
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and organizational skills
