🔸 Key Responsibilities: 

1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job roles as per company requirements. 

2. Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate with candidates for further selection processes. 

3. Maintain and update candidate databases, interview records, and HR documentation. Make outbound calls to potential clients and prospects for recruitment, service subscriptions, and business inquiries. 

4. Explain company services and products to potential clients and convert leads to sales. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for recruitment and tele-sales performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. 

🔸 Key Requirements: 

1. Minimum Graduate in any stream. 

2. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). 

3. Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills. 

4. Energetic personality with a positive and proactive approach. 

5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. 

6. Prior experience in recruitment or tele-sales will be an added advantage.
