Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and maintain regular communication with teachers, schools, and coaching institutes over phone.
  • Understand their needs, challenges, and goals related to teaching, learning, and institutional growth.
  • Present our books, products, and customised solutions that best match their requirements.
  • Follow up on conversations, share product samples, and assist in closing orders.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve our products and services.


Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening ability to understand educator needs.
  • Confidence and empathy in building relationships over phone.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.


Preferred Background:

  • Experience in inside sales, or customer service (education sector experience preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Understanding of the school/coaching ecosystem is an advantage.
