Production / Manufacturing Head

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Production Supervisor to manage complete shop floor operations including production planning, quality control, and store management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in engineering manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Production planning & daily target achievement
• Shop floor supervision and manpower management
• Quality inspection & maintaining quality standards
• Material inward/outward control
• Store management & stock monitoring
• Coordination with purchase & dispatch department
• Maintaining production reports & documentation
• Ensuring safety compliance on shop floor

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of fabrication / machining process
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
• Leadership & team handling capability
• Problem-solving mindset
