Job Summary:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing the institute’s public image, building strong relationships with students, parents, media, and the community. The PRO promotes the institute’s programs, events, and achievements to enhance brand reputation and increase student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Public Relations & Communication

Develop and maintain a positive public image of the institute.

Act as the main point of contact between the institute and the public.

Handle communication with parents, students, and external stakeholders.

2. Media & Promotion

Coordinate with newspapers, local media, and digital platforms for promotions.

Prepare press releases, announcements, and promotional content.

Promote institute achievements, results, and events.

3. Student Admission Support

Assist in admission campaigns and promotional activities.

Guide prospective students and parents about courses and facilities.

Handle admission inquiries and follow-ups.

4. Event Management

Organize seminars, workshops, education fairs, and promotional events.

Coordinate open houses, orientation programs, and academic events.

5. Community Relationship

Build relationships with schools, colleges, and educational organizations.

Represent the institute at community events and education exhibitions.

6. Digital & Social Media Support

Coordinate with marketing team for social media promotions.

Promote institute activities through online platforms.

7. Reputation Management

Address public queries and concerns professionally.

Maintain a positive image of the institute in public forums.
