About the Role : My Dream Jobs is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and leadership-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations, leading and mentoring recruiters, achieving hiring and revenue targets, and contributing to business growth through effective client acquisition and candidate management.

This is a performance-driven leadership role with excellent growth opportunities in a fast-growing recruitment organization.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job roles
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines
• Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead, train, and supervise the recruitment team
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
• Track team productivity and performance metrics
• Conduct performance review meetings and provide feedback
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve recruitment and business goals
• Client Acquisition & Business DevelopmentIdentify and connect with potential clients for recruitment services
• Present and explain company services to prospective clients
• Convert leads into active clients and generate business revenue
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
• Reporting & OperationsMaintain recruitment databases and candidate records
• Prepare MIS reports and recruitment performance dashboards
• Improve recruitment strategies and processes for better efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment
• Prior team handling experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals
