Job Description
Nanak Group, a fast-growing real estate development firm, is looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Sales & Marketing Manager who can independently manage complete sales and marketing operations.
This role is not limited to strategy or supervision—it is execution-heavy and target-driven, requiring someone who can generate business, manage teams, build strong market presence, and directly contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Sales Management
Drive sales for plotting and real estate projects
Handle leads, site visits, negotiations, and closures
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong sales pipeline
Maintain strict follow-up system for all leads
2. Marketing Planning & Execution
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
Generate quality leads through local marketing
Plan hoardings, banners, events, and promotional activities
Monitor campaign performance and lead quality
3. Channel Partner Management
Develop and manage channel partner network
Conduct CP meets and relationship management
Ensure regular inventory updates to partners
Maintain discipline and professionalism in CP dealings
4. Team Handling & Coordination
Coordinate with telecalling and sales teams
Monitor daily lead flow and follow-ups
Guide team on conversions and pitch improvement
Ensure professional client handling
Maintain daily reporting system
5. Site Visit & Client Conversion
Personally handle high-value clients
Conduct and monitor site visits
Ensure proper project presentation and closing
Handle negotiations and booking process
Maintain strong client relationships
6. Strategy & Business Growth
Identify new sales opportunities and markets
Plan launch strategies and offers
Analyze competitor projects and pricing
Suggest pricing and sales strategies to management
Focus on revenue growth and faster inventory movement
7. Reporting & Data Management
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Track leads, site visits, and conversions
Maintain proper CRM discipline
Provide performance updates to management
Ensure accurate documentation of bookings and clients
8.Required Skills & Competencies
Real estate experience preferred
Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
Strong leadership and execution ability
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in digital + offline marketing
Strong market networking capability
High ownership and result-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure and targets
9.What This Role Is NOT
Not a back-office or desk-only role
