Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and review accounting books to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Scrutinize ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal postings for compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
- Monitor statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation and clarifications.
- Implement and maintain internal control procedures for accounting accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or irregularities in financial records.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for compliance and reporting needs.
Requirements
- ✔ Post Graduate (M-com,MBA)
- ✔ Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Light house ERP,other ERP & Tally
- ✔ Strong attention to detail & willingness to learn
- ✔ Good organizational and communication skills
