Teaching Faculty

Job Title: Faculty Member/Teacher( physics/ chemistry/maths/biology)

Job Summary:

The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, engaging students in meaningful learning experiences, and contributing to the academic and professional development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching:

Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops based on the curriculum.

Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assignments.

Evaluate and grade student assignments, exams, and projects.

Use innovative teaching techniques to foster active learning.

2. Curriculum Development:

Design and update course content to meet program objectives and industry standards.

Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum improvements and program development.

3. Research and Scholarly Activities (if applicable):

Conduct research in the subject area and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.

Present research at conferences and workshops.

4. Student Support:

Provide academic advising and mentoring to students.

Assist students with career guidance and professional development.

5. Administrative Duties:

Attend faculty meetings, departmental events, and institutional committees.

Participate in accreditation and quality assurance processes.

6. Community Engagement:

Organize and participate in community outreach programs and events.

Collaborate with industry professionals and alumni for partnerships.

Prior teaching experience at the relevant academic level.

Strong knowledge of the subject matter and teaching pedagogy.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with educational technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Experience in research and academic writing.

Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment:

Primarily classroom and office settings.

Flexible schedule, including potential evening or weekend Classes.
