Position: Telecaller / Outreach & Admission Executive

🎯 Job Role & Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation:

Daily 100–150 calls to students & parents.

Create interest and explain Swastik Foundation’s scholarship & coaching programs.

🔹 Walk-in & Seminar Promotion:

Invite parents & students for seminars and counselling sessions.

Register maximum students for the Scholarship Exam.

🔹 Follow-up & Conversion:

Maintain daily call reports.

Convert interested leads into admissions through regular follow-ups.

🔹 Prospecting & Nurturing:

Identify new leads (school tie-ups, local promotions).

Nurture and prioritise leads to maximise conversions.

🔹 Target & Reporting:

Achieve weekly & monthly admission targets.

Submit daily performance reports.
