Telecaller Inbound

We are looking for a motivated In-House Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain company products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The role involves daily follow-ups, data entry, and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential and existing customers.

• Explain products/services and resolve queries.

• Maintain call records and update CRM.

• Follow up on leads and close sales.

• Support marketing and sales campaigns.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
