  • Shoot high-quality videos (reels, shorts, talking-head, B-roll)
  • Handle camera/mobile shooting, framing, lighting & angles
  • Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube Shorts
  • Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions & basic animations
  • Edit videos as per trending formats and hooks
  • Maintain consistent brand look & feel
  • Suggest creative video ideas & formats


  • Strong video shooting skills (camera or smartphone)
  • Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut / VN)
  • Understanding of social media trends & reel algorithms
  • Sense of storytelling, pacing & engagement
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
