Video Content Editor

We are seeking a talented and versatile Video Producer & Editor to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle—from concept and shooting to editing and final delivery. You will transform raw footage and ideas into compelling visual stories that engage our audience, elevate our brand, and drive results. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for both the technical and artistic sides of video creation.

• Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Video Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for various platforms (social media, website, YouTube, internal communications, etc.).
• Video Shooting: Operate cameras, DSLRs, or mirrorless cameras on location or in a studio setting. Manage lighting, audio recording, and composition to capture professional-grade footage.
• Post-Production Excellence: Edit raw footage into polished final products, incorporating graphics, motion design, sound, color correction, and visual effects.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage video files, media libraries, and project archives efficiently.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to understand project goals, develop creative concepts, and ensure brand consistency.
• Multimedia Design: Create supporting graphics, thumbnails, and simple animations using a variety of tools to enhance video content.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and software advancements.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing and production, demonstrated through a strong portfolio/reel.

• Technical Proficiency (Essential):
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and compositing.
• Hands-on experience with Canva for quick graphic creation and social media assets.

• Video Shooting Skills: Proven experience operating video cameras, with a solid understanding of framing, lighting, audio, and camera settings.

• Core Competencies:
• Strong storytelling and pacing skills.
• Excellent eye for visual composition, color, and detail.
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and exporting settings for various platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition).
• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color grading.
• Experience with drone videography.
• Basic understanding of scriptwriting and storyboarding.
• Experience in a similar industry (e.g., corporate, agency, media).
