Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to lead our Tourist Visa division. The ideal candidate should:

• Independently handle tourist visas for Schengen (Europe), UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, and other key tourist destinations.
• Be well-versed with:
• Visa application forms & processes
• Required documentation for each country
• Guidelines for maximizing visa approval chances after document assessment
• Guide clients and corporate travelers with accurate, updated information.
• Ensure smooth, timely, and professional handling of all visa applications.
• Maintain a client-first approach with strong communication and advisory skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in handling tourist visas for all the above-mentioned countries.
• In-depth knowledge of documentation, processes, and embassy/consulate requirements.
• Ability to manage clients independently with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure successful outcomes.
