Account Executive (Accounting)

• Key Responsibilities

🔹 Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

🔹 Accounts Management

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and post to ledger accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and inter-company accounts.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer ledgers.

🔹 Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure GST, TDS and other statutory compliances are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare returns and assist with regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

🔹 Budgeting & Analysis Support

• preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor variances and assist in financial analysis.
• Provide insights into cost controls and reduction initiatives.

🔹 Systems & Processes

• Maintain accounting records in ERP/Accounting software .
• Identify improvements for efficient accounting operations.
• Assist in automation and documentation of financial workflows.
