Accountant

PB’s Fitness Studio is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable female accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support the studio’s financial health. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling accounting tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and records
• Handle billing, invoicing, and receipt management
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
• Track expenses and ensure proper documentation
• Assist with payroll processing
• Coordinate with auditors or tax consultants when required
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping (1–3 years preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of GST and taxation is a plus
