Job Summary:

Smilebird Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant & Procurement Specialist to manage financial records, procurement processes, and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Google Sheets, Excel, and Tally, ensuring efficient financial management and smooth procurement operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Accounting:Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, tax reports, and expense tracking.
• Work with auditors and financial teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Procurement:Source, negotiate, and procure medical supplies, equipment, and services.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for cost-effective purchasing.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Technical Skills Required:✔ Proficiency in Tally ERP, Google Sheets, and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).

✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procurement processes.

✔ Familiarity with healthcare or medical procurement is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:🎓 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

📌 1+ years of experience in accounting and procurement, preferably in the healthcare sector.

📌 Hands-on experience with Tally, Google Sheets, and Excel.
