Accountant

Flyproplus Services Private Limited is a travel services company specializing in international flight ticketing, visa services, and customized international tour packages. We are looking for a responsible Accounts & Operations Executive who can assist in managing daily financial records and operational updates.

The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and good computer skills, and should be comfortable working with accounting software and maintaining payment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily payment updates and transaction records

• Record incoming and outgoing payments in the system

• Work on Eprompt software for updating bookings and payment details

• Maintain proper accounts entries and basic bookkeeping

• Coordinate with team members regarding client payments and pending balances

• Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and vouchers

• Help prepare basic reports of payments received and outstanding amounts

• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping

• Familiarity with Tally / accounting software / ERP systems preferred

• Ability to work on Excel and computer systems

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Good communication skills
