Job Description

The Product Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving sales via tele-calling, generating and converting leads, coordinating with field sales teams, and ensuring all backend administrative tasks of the sales process are accurately completed. The PSM ensures a smooth customer experience from inquiry to order closure and post-sale coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Process Responsibilities :A. Lead Generation & Tele calling Initiate outbound calls to prospects using provided database or leads.
  • Explain products, features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up with interested leads regularly for conversion.
  • B. Sales Coordination & Conversion:Qualify leads and forward to the appropriate field sales or TSM.
  • Assist TSM or sales teams in preparing quotations and proposals.
  • Update CRM or lead management tools with every customer interaction.
  • Coordinate demos or virtual presentations as needed.
  • C. Order Management:Collect necessary documents and details from clients to initiate order processing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, accounts) to ensure timely product dispatch.
  • Confirm deliveries and customer satisfaction post-order.
  • 2. Administrative Responsibilities:A. Documentation & Record Maintenance:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all documents (PO, invoices, delivery challans) are filed and shared properly.
  • Track order status and provide updates to clients.
  • B. Reporting:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Update lead status, conversion ratios, and sales pipeline health to management.
  • C. Sales Support to Field Teams:Support TSM/field sales executives by scheduling appointments, sending product brochures or materials.
  • Coordinate between sales and service/logistics to ensure seamless post-sale support.
  • 3. Post-Sale Customer Coordination:Conduct feedback calls to assess customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in complaint handling or service coordination.

Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business or referrals.
