- Counsel students/parents about courses, eligibility, fees & admission process
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, leads, and walk-ins
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain student data and update CRM/records
- Coordinate with telecalling, marketing & operations teams
- Resolve student queries and provide post-admission support
