Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and student-centric Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The role involves counselling students, handling university applications, tele-calling, and managing back-office operations while ensuring clear and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria
• Handle tele-calling for inquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversion
• Assist students with university application processes, documentation, and form submission
• Coordinate with universities and internal departments for application status and updates
• Manage back-office operations, including data entry, record maintenance, and reporting
• Maintain accurate student records in internal systems
• Provide timely updates and support to students throughout the admission cycle
• Meet admission targets and ensure high levels of student satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong tele-calling and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in back-office operations, MS Office, and data management tools
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
