Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a strong background in urban architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and managing urban development projects. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to present projects effectively are essential.

• Responsibilities : Design and Planning:
• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for urban projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and client expectations.
• Prepare detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Client Interaction:
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions.
• Present project proposals, designs, and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all designs and projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in urban architecture.
• Team Collaboration:
• Mentor and guide junior architects and drafters.
• Participate in team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
• RequirementsEducation:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional certification or license (if applicable).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in urban architecture.
• Proven track record of successful project management and design.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
