Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure team members meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions.
- Team Management & Teamwork
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork within the region.
- B2B Sales Handling
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business clients.

2.Market & Management Observation
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Observe team fieldwork and provide feedback.

3.Territory Management
- Plan sales routes and coverage.
- Ensure product availability across the assigned area.
- Control regional sales expenses and budgets.
