Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (#ASM) – #Swiggy #Instamart

Location: Kolhapur (Only Kolhapur-based candidates preferred)

Age Criteria: 18 to 30 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations at Swiggy Instamart. The candidate will assist the Store Manager in managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining store hygiene, and achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and team management.

Supervise pickers, packers, loaders, and floor staff.

Ensure accurate inventory management and stock availability.

Monitor inward & outward stock movement.

Ensure FIFO and expiry management of products.

Handle staff attendance, shift allocation, and productivity.

Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.

Resolve operational issues and escalate when required.

Support training and onboarding of new staff.

Ensure orders are fulfilled within SLA.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must be from hashtag#Nagpur.

Age between 18 to 30 years.

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory systems).

Good communication and leadership skills.

Experience in hashtag#retail/ hashtag#warehouse / hashtag#quick hashtag#commerce preferred.
