About the Role


We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Back Office Executive to handle documentation, data management, and online portal work related to electrical and solar projects.


This role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to follow processes without errors.




Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and organize project documents

• Upload documents on government and private portals (MSEDCL, PM Surya Ghar, etc.)

• Maintain proper digital records and file naming systems

• Coordinate with internal team for document collection and updates

• Track application status and follow up where required

• Handle basic email communication with clients/vendors




Required Skills

• Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, PDF handling)

• Ability to upload and manage documents on websites/portals

• Basic understanding of file organization and documentation

• Good typing speed and accuracy

• Basic email writing skills




Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in solar, electrical, or documentation work

• Familiarity with government portals like MSEDCL or subsidy processes

• Work experience in CA office / real estate / contractor office




Candidate Profile

• Detail-oriented and process-driven

• Responsible and consistent (low error tolerance)

• Able to handle repetitive work without losing focus

• Not dependent on constant supervision
