  • Daily MIS reports prepare करणे
  • Customer applications check करणे (Loan / Account / Credit Card / Insurance)
  • File management आणि record keeping
  • Customer queries Resolve करणे (Phone/Email/Branch Walk-in)
  • Back-end system update करणे (CRM / Banking Software)
  • Compliance आणि audit requirements maintain करणे
  • 2. Sales SupportBranch Sales Team ला daily support देणे
  • Leads follow-up करून sales team पर्यंत पोहोचवणे
  • Cross-selling opportunities identify करणे (CASA, Loan, Credit Card, Insurance)
