Key Responsibilities:

* Crafting Exceptional Beverages: Prepare and serve a wide range of handcrafted beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to Oro's recipes and presentation standards. Dial in espresso shots, steam milk to perfection, and create latte art that delights our customers.

* Customer Connection: Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service. Greet customers with a smile, take orders accurately, and anticipate their needs. Build rapport with regulars and create a welcoming environment for everyone.

* Teamwork & Positive Environment: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Communicate effectively, support each other, and contribute to a shared sense of purpose. Recognize and celebrate team accomplishments.

* Maintaining Quality & Standards: Ensure the quality of all products by adhering to Oro's standards for ingredients, preparation, and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

* Operational Excellence: Follow Oro's operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and store opening/closing procedures. Be punctual and reliable, contributing to the smooth flow of daily operations.

* Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on Oro's menu offerings, brewing techniques, and customer service best practices. Be open to learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

* Brand Ambassador: Represent Oro's brand with pride, embodying our values of quality, passion, and community. Share your enthusiasm for our products and create a positive brand experience for our customers.

Summary of Experience & Education:

* Experience: Previous experience in a cafe or customer service role is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic.

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
