Barista

Job Description:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining café standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and beverages

Operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment

Maintain consistency in taste and presentation

Take customer orders and handle billing when required

Ensure cleanliness of coffee counter and equipment

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

Assist customers with menu recommendations

Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, and supplies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience as a Barista or coffee maker (preferred)

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverages

Good customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced environment

Passion for coffee and hospitality

Experience:

0–3 years of experience as a Barista
