Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Associate to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion:

o Connect with potential customers through online chat, email, and Social Platforms.

o Educate customers on the benefits of purchasing from our online pharmacy.

o Assist with medication inquiries and provide accurate information.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development:

o Identify and acquire new customers through various online platforms.

o Generate and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.

o Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

3. Order Processing & Compliance:

o Process customer orders accurately while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

o Maintain customer data in the CRM system.

o Track interactions, analyze sales data, and optimize the sales funnel.

5. Market & Industry Awareness:

o Stay updated on healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry trends.

o Provide feedback to the management on market demands and customer needs.
