Job Description:

Business Development Manager/Associate : In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of LAKSHYA INSTITUTE. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and enhancing the institute's market presence in the competitive education sector.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager/Associate:

1. Conduct market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

2. Build strong relationships with prospective clients, educational institutions, and key stakeholders.

3. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the institute's offerings.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

5. Negotiate and finalize contracts and partnerships to achieve revenue goals.

6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

7. Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

8. Represent the institute at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.


Qualifications:

Business Development Manager/Associate : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience in sales, business development, or account management.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Target-driven and result-oriented approach.

2. Generate and nurture leads through effective communication.

3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

7.Familiarity with basic sales techniques and lead generation processes.
