Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive for Window Solutions (Nagpur)

About Us:

We manufacture and supply UPVC and aluminium windows for residential and commercial construction projects. Our clients are mostly builders and construction owners who need windows in bulk.

Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Nagpur and nearby areas

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year experience

Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Employment Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit construction sites in Nagpur to identify ongoing projects and collect builder/contractor contact information

- Meet builders and construction owners to explain our UPVC/aluminium window solutions and understand their project requirements

- Visit sites to take basic window measurements and share details for quotation preparation

- Deliver quotations (physically or digitally) to builders and follow up regularly via WhatsApp, phone, and in-person meetings

- Maintain simple records of visited sites, builder contacts, requirements, and follow-up status

Ideal Candidate:

- Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi/English
