Job Description

  1. Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead Generation – Identify and connect with students, schools, colleges, and institutions.
  2. Sales & Conversions – Present courses/products and convert leads into enrollments.
  3. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  4. Product Pitching & Demos – Explain EdTech solutions through calls, meetings, or webinars.
  5. Market Research – Analyze competitors, trends, and customer needs.
  6. Revenue Growth – Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  7. Partnership Development – Collaborate with schools, coaching centers, and corporate clients.
  8. Follow-ups & Counselling – Guide prospects on course selection and resolve queries.
  9. CRM & Reporting – Update lead status and maintain sales data.
  10. Customer Feedback Collection – Gather feedback to improve products and services.
