Job Description
- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead Generation – Identify and connect with students, schools, colleges, and institutions.
- Sales & Conversions – Present courses/products and convert leads into enrollments.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Product Pitching & Demos – Explain EdTech solutions through calls, meetings, or webinars.
- Market Research – Analyze competitors, trends, and customer needs.
- Revenue Growth – Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Partnership Development – Collaborate with schools, coaching centers, and corporate clients.
- Follow-ups & Counselling – Guide prospects on course selection and resolve queries.
- CRM & Reporting – Update lead status and maintain sales data.
- Customer Feedback Collection – Gather feedback to improve products and services.
