Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Nagpur

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our products/services effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Generate leads and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for aligned strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions .
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups to generate leads.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong self-motivation with a target-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
