Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion


Identify and target potential customers, including university students, coaching institute attendees, and young working professionals in Nagpur.


Manage end-to-end lead conversion, from initial inquiry (via phone, online, or walk-ins) to conducting property tours and closing the booking.


Achieve monthly and quarterly occupancy and revenue targets for HOOLIV properties within the Nagpur cluster.


2. Strategic B2B Partnerships


Establish and nurture tie-ups with key educational institutions (such as VNIT, RCOEM, Raisoni, etc.), local coaching centers, and IT/corporate parks (like MIHAN) to drive bulk bookings.


Organize and execute on-ground promotional events, canopy campaigns, and seminars at target locations across Nagpur to increase brand visibility.


3. Market Expansion & Property Scouting


Conduct continuous market research to identify high-demand areas in Nagpur (e.g., Dharampeth, Nandanvan, Sitabuldi, IT Park) for potential expansion.


Assist the cluster management team in scouting new properties and initiating preliminary discussions with local landlords or real estate developers.


4. Client Relationship Management (CRM)


Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, addressing their queries regarding amenities, pricing, and lease terms.


Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new residents to drive positive word-of-mouth and referral bookings.


5. Market Analysis & Reporting


Monitor local competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends in the Nagpur co-living and PG sector.


Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and pipeline status in the CRM system, providing regular reports to the Cluster Manager.




Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is highly preferred).


Experience: Fresher can also apply.


Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Nagpur geography, local culture, and key student/corporate hubs.


Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a target-driven mindset.
