Key Responsibilities:


Lead Outreach & Qualification:


Identify and reach out to potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound sales techniques.


Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget, and determine if they align with the company’s solutions.


Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales opportunities.


Product Demo & Presentation:


Schedule and conduct online product demos to showcase the software’s features and benefits.


Tailor product presentations to address the specific needs of each client, highlighting the value and ROI of our solutions.


Address any questions or concerns from leads during the demo, and effectively communicate how the software will solve their business challenges.


Lead Conversion:


Drive the lead through the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from demo to negotiation to closing.


Follow up with prospects post-demo to nurture relationships and close deals.


Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation after the sale.


Sales Reporting & Feedback:


Track and update the sales pipeline in CRM systems to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.


Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to continuously improve lead generation and conversion processes.


Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.


Key Skills and Qualifications:


Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects.


Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively demonstrate complex software solutions.


Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking tools.


A proactive, self-starter attitude with a positive and resilient mindset.


Ability to handle objections and close sales in a consultative manner.


Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.


Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology sales.


Knowledge of the [industry or niche your software serves] is a plus.
