Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional presentations to prospective clients.
• Promote and explain real estate projects effectively.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain client database and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure.
• Handle office-related business development tasks.
• Support marketing and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates.
