*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You should have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.


*Key Responsibilities:*

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media, etc.).


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.


Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.


Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.


Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.


Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support lead generation and promotional efforts.


Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.


Attend industry events, exhibitions, or conferences to expand business network.


Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.


*Requirements:*

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.


Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Fluent in English and [local language, if applicable].
