Job Description
*Position Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the medical and pharmacy field. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, established networks, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisitions, and effective relationship management.
*Key Responsibilities*
Business Growth & Strategy
•Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities within the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.
•Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
•Create and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
Client Relationship Management
•Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
•Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
•Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
Sales & Revenue Development
•Generate leads, convert prospects, and manage the full sales cycle.
•Prepare business proposals, agreements, and quotations.
•Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaboration & Reporting
•Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination in service delivery.
•Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
•Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company.
Qualifications & Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the medical and pharmacy industry.
•Strong understanding of medical products, pharmaceuticals, hospital operations, and healthcare compliance.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Proven ability to build long-term professional relationships.
•Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
•Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
