BDO: Experience: 1 years and above exp in CASA , Medical Representative, Insurance

📆 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

⏰ Shift: 9 Hours (Between 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

🎓 Qualification:  Graduation

🛑 Age Limit: 21- 30years

📌 Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Field Sales (Banking) -CASA Sales / Medical representative / Insurance 

Academic Certificate , Saalary Slip / Relieving letter 

Language- *English ,Hindi , Marathi

💰 CTC: 

BDO -4.2 Lpa

CIBIL Score - 690+

Bike / Dl Mandatory 

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and acquire new CASA customers from the Leads /open market.

* Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and other channels.

* Sales & Revenue Generation:

* Achieve monthly/quarterly CASA account opening targets.Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and documentation.

* Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and campaigns organized by the bank.

* Ensure KYC norms and internal documentation are correctly followed.
