Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our café team as Servers / Kitchen Helpers. The ideal candidates should be passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, premium environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House (Server Duties):

Greet and serve customers warmly with a positive attitude.

Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.

Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, tables, and customer space.

Handle billing and assist with order coordination at the counter.

Provide product information and suggestions to customers confidently.

Back of House (Kitchen Helper Duties):

Assist in tea and food preparation under the guidance of the café chef.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene as per company standards.

Organize and restock ingredients, utensils, and other supplies.

Wash and clean dishes, equipment, and workstations regularly.

Support in packaging and takeaway orders during peak hours.

Requirements

Prior café or restaurant experience preferred (but not mandatory).

Friendly, punctual, and customer-oriented attitude.

Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn new recipes, serving styles, and brand standards.
