Job Description: Female Staff – Billing & Customer Handling

Position: Billing & Customer Service Executive

• Responsibilities:Handle billing operations efficiently on POS/ billing software
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Take orders accurately (counter & takeaway)
• Manage cash, UPI, card payments and maintain billing accuracy
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and issues politely
• Ensure fast service during peak hours
• Assist with packing takeaway orders if required
