Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Diagnose and repair computer hardware, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
· Install and configure LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and CCTV systems.
· Conduct preventive maintenance and support visits to client locations.
· Maintain service logs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
· Good knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
· Experience with Windows installation, driver configuration, and software setup.
· Understanding of networking (IP, LAN/WAN, routers/switches).
· Ability to install and configure CCTV systems.
· Willingness to travel locally for service calls.
