About Us:

We are an exciting new café set to launch soon, blending the bold, flavorful worlds of Indian and Mexican cuisines. Our menu will feature creative fusions such as tacos, wings (inspired by Wingstop), burrito bowls, and indulgent desserts. We aim to offer a unique, street-style dining experience in a casual and welcoming environment. We're building a passionate and creative team that’s ready to grow with us — and we're looking for chefs who are excited to be part of something new and dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes as per the Indian-Mexican fusion concept with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation.
• Assist in developing and testing new menu items, bringing creativity and innovation to our offerings.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Manage food prep, stock rotation, and inventory under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen manager.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Adapt and grow within the role as the café expands, contributing to process improvement and team development.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Prior experience in Indian, Mexican, or fusion cuisine is a big plus.
• Familiarity with street-style or fast-casual food service.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is advantageous.
