Position: Café & Chinese Cook (All-Rounder)

Outlet: Bilaayati Babu – Global Bites, Desi Vibes

Experience: 1–3 years (Cloud kitchen / café preferred) Fresher also acceptable

• 🔪 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve full Bilaayati Babu menu, including:
• 
  
• Desi-Chinese:
• Veg & Egg Noodles, Chicken Noodles, Veg & Chicken Fried Rice, Veg & Chicken Manchurian, Chilli Paneer, Chilli Chicken, Schezwan Rice
• Café Items:
• Veg/Egg/Non-Veg Sandwiches, Burgers (Veg, Paneer & Chicken), Thin-Crust Pizzas (8 inch), Fries & Indian snacks (Bhajiya, Chaats)
• Handle order flow for dine-in, takeaway & Zomato/Swiggy
• Ensure consistent taste, portion size & plating
• Do prep work (chopping, marination, sauces, fillings, gravies)
• Operate grill, fryer, toaster, wok & pizza oven
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & food safety standards
• Control raw material usage, wastage & stock rotation
• Coordinate with helper/packer during peak hours
• 🧠 Skills RequiredHands-on experience in Indian-Chinese & café-style fast food
• Ability to multitask in a small kitchen
• Fast execution during rush hours
• Knowledge of veg & non-veg segregation
• Basic understanding of cloud-kitchen operations
• ⏱️ Work EnvironmentCompact live kitchen (approx. 200 sq ft)
• Evening-heavy workload
• Standing work, fast pace

• Prior experience with online food delivery platforms
