Civil Site Engineer

Engineering Requirement

1. Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations, Quantitative Surveying etc
2. Ability to raise bill as per the work done on a particular site. This is a must requirement.
3. Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs undertaking complex calculations
4. Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors (Labour Contractor and Labour)
5. Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
6. Resolving design and development problems
7. Managing budgets and project resources
8. Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
9. Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially 

English Reading & Writing Skills

1. Candidate Should be proficient in written English
2. Should have basic information about mails, MS Office and other office related applications
