Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and process-driven professional with over 5 years of experience in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both front office (client interaction) and back office (documentation and coordination) tasks, ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant service delivery across a wide range of financial products, including mutual funds, deposits, home loans, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office (Client Interaction):

  • Attend walk-in clients, handle inbound calls and emails for service queries.
  • Provide accurate information on financial products and assist with application procedures.
  • Support sales and relationship teams with client onboarding and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through responsive service.

Back Office (Operations & Coordination):

  • Process and verify application forms, documentation, and KYC as per compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions (banks, NBFCs, mutual fund houses, insurers) for processing and approvals.
  • Generate MIS reports and assist with audits and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and operations in the financial services sector.
  • Sound knowledge of mutual funds, fixed deposits, home loans, and insurance processes.
  • Strong documentation and compliance understanding (SEBI, RBI, IRDAI norms).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Tally.
  • Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. (Post-graduate preferred).
